Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours of you placing the order. Typical delivery timeframe is between 7 to 15 business days however, you may receive your items much earlier. All orders are shipped with a tracking number. Packages maybe faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays.
Refund and Ex-Change Policy
Ex-Change
We have a 10-day Exchange policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
To be eligible for an Exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused with tags, and in its original packaging. Receipt and proof of purchase is required on all exchange.
Refunds
Items which are damaged or defective may be returned at any time. Please contact our Customer Care team so that they can help resolve the issue.
Once the returned merchandise has been quality checked and approved, You will be issued an Exchange or refund in the original method of payment used for purchase. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. Please note that it can take up to 5 business days to process the refund. It may take your financial institution additional time to process the transaction and update your bank statement.
Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
To start a return, you can contact us at fuzeathletics@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
